To reiterate- with two or three exceptions every comic I have posted so far were all bought new off the rack(or spinner rack)when I was a kid in the 60s. Though I still look for vintage comics I usually stick to the Silver Age, being especially pleased when I find an issue I had seen in ads back in the day but never saw on the rack(or spinner rack). I hadn't gone shopping for about a year now on account of half of this household being out of work for most of that time. Now that this situation has finally changed I took a trip to the nearest comic store on Saturday and picked up this little Casper knock-off. It's one of the oldest comics I own, having first appeared in 1958, the year before I was born. This friendly ghost is more like Spooky with an altruistic streak. Also included is another story from the same issue that features spooks annnnnd...Pidgy and his Magic Paint?...
